ok so i checked and they made another monster for frog decks called reverence toad. but thing is unless you have des croaking (which i might try using again) it is useless. all he does is his name is treated as des frog on the field n when he is in the grave you can remove a frog in the grave to special summon him. and he cannot be used for synchro even. so wth konami!? make some more stuff for frogs seriously shining darkness has stuff for a buncha different decks (black wing gets more n light themed deck gets more which they dont need!) so anybody think some current non-meta decks like frogs need a boost?

This whole rant is just a big personal problem though.
Plus the fact that you call him useless is even worse. Let me break him down for you...
Reverence Toad - Toad sage ='s awesome.
WATER - See this works in conjunction with the rest of them such as Swap Frog
Aqua/Effect Level 2 - Allows him to work with wetlands.
100/2000 - ATK not so much but 2000 Def is nice.
This face-up card's name is treated as "Des Frog". You can remove from play 1 "Frog" monster in your Graveyard, except "Frog the Jam", to Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster.
First the whole name changing effect is amazing. This plus Dupe Frog make Des Croaking a viable field wipe. Second his special from the grave is even better. Heck remove three bring a set back, Croaking. Remove a guy bring him back and pitch for substitoad. Really think of his effect as fodder for the rest, pitch for swap, summon Substitoad, tribute swap, remove to summon Reverance, Tribute Reverance, summon, ect, ect. See what he is is possibilities. Plus who cares about his inability to synchro? It's not like he's the only monster you'll ever be summoning. Plus if you play the average frog tuner, Junk Synchron, you'll have plenty of other targets.
Still though this whole thing seems to be out of jealousy toward BW and Light. Sure though I'll say non-meta decks could use a boost, but heck that's exactly what frogs get.

hmmm wow thats pretty good ina way. jeez eliminates using pot as an option a bit tho because at that point you'll need them in the grave to work off of. hmmm imma have to give that a try. n yeah its not as much jealosy its more of a hate thing. i dont like that those two decks basically rule the game for the most part tis horrible of them XD

Moray of Greed pretty much keeps frogs in the deck just fine. Hating them is even worse. They only rule because no one tiers up and stops them.

its hard to tier up to something that keeps getting support tho neutral
anywho i really hopes at some point along the way i can actually manage to make a frog deck that can contend with the entire meta (big expectations i know XD)
