To make this guild a better place, we have some rules and guildlines.
RULES AND GUILDLINES
1. Please follow the Gaia Terms of Service and Rules and Guildlines. A given.
2. Please be considerate to everyone. You my not be best friends with everyone, but please do not insult or harrass a meamber just because you disagree with their views or actions. This helps keep the guild gaian friendly.
3. Try to be active. Obviously, the point in joining is to interact with others. If you don't post, there would be no point of having you here.
4. Try not to make every topic a chattbox. I understand it's natural to start up a conversation, but there's a chit-chat sub-forum to do that. This way, things will be more organize, okay? =]
5. Do not make tons of quoted posts. Quoting people a million times over and over again results in scrolling. Scrolling = Bad.
6. Try not to make repeat topics. It makes things very unorganized. Only if the old topic is dead.
7. Don't bump dead topics. It starts confusion. And as we know, confusion is bad.
8. No cheating in contests. Do not make your friends/mules join this guild to vote for you, or you will get banned. Also, do not claim someone else's stuff as your own (ie. art)
9. Do not insult anyone because of their sexual preference. Even though it's not in the TOS. . On Gaia, we have a large homosexual or bisexual population. Please don't be hateful because Suzy likes Jane or Tommy likes Tim. It's none of your business anyways. :]
10. Don't advertise if it isn't in the right place. Don't advertise your quest in a contest thread. It will make people mad.
11. Post your topic in the appropriate forum. They are self-explanatory.
12. Please, no polls on the main page unless it is important. It makes the place very cluttered, and it will be removed.
Rules for Moderators
- Try not to accept the requests of members with poor grammar/spelling. It will make this guild an eyesore.
- Do not delete topics. Be considerate to the person who created it and the members who posted. Also please do not edit other members posts,(unless it is to censor cuss words).
- Try not to be to harsh when someone makes a mistake. Simply inform them of what they did, and give them a warning. If they violate a rule again, then you can "let loose".
