Jevan R. H. Divinitive Please kill off Lightsworn! Says the player who apparently has a great win ratio against the deck. Nonetheless, it's going to get hit. Killed, no, but hit.

I'm not sure if it's official but, apparently, this is one of the so called "Leaked" Lists. I saw it on a blog yesterday, and today I saw it on a forum and again on youtube. When the OCG list is officially revealed, we will know for certain what cards are Restricted, Limited, Semi-Limited and Unlimited. Until then, enjoy the speculation and one of the "Leaked" lists.
*Note: All cards listed are cards that are placed on or removed from the previous list. This is in no way a complete list. *Note: Do not start modifying your decks based on this list. It is not Official.
Forbidden Cards: BRAIN CONTROL
Limited Cards: MEZUKI BURIAL FROM THE DIFFERANT DIMENSION CHARGE OF THE LIGHT BRIGADE JUDGMENT DRAGON TRAGOEDIA MIRACLE FUSION TRIBE INFECTING VIRUS <---(WTF?) BECKONING LIGHT ARCHLORD KRISTYA BLACKWING - VAYU THE EMBLEM OF HONOR KURAZ THE LIGHT MONARCH BRIONAC, DRAGON OF THE ICE BARRIER (TCG List) JUNK COLLECTOR (OCG List) FIEND ROAR DIETY BEAST CERBERAL (OCG List)
Semi-Limited: LUMINA, LIGHTSWORN SUMMONER BLACK WHIRLWIND SOLAR RECHARGE HONEST CYBER DRAGON DESTINY DRAW GLADIATOR BEAST BESTIARI
Unlimited: TREEBORN FROG NEO-SPACIAN GRAND MOLE ADVANCED RITUAL ART SMASHING GROUND BOTTOMLESS TRAP HOLE ULTIMATE OFFERING
If this list is real, you can kinda see why with some of the cards. Obviously, Kristya, Charge and JD getting Limited are to slow down Lightsworn. Honest and Solar Recharge got Semi-Limited for the same reason. Burial at one is to help slow down Vayu Turbo and Zombies. Vayu and Mezuki at one is for the same reason. D-Draw gets semilimited again just to slow down Draw Power. Trag is at one beacuse, although weaker than Gorz, it is easier to special summon. Miracle Fusion at one is an OCG reason, it's not so much as to slow down Absolute Zero, as it is mainly to prevent spamming Parallel World Fusion. Kuraz at one for an OCG reason too. In japan, there is a rediculously powerful Kuraz OTK (I was like WTF too). Obviously Brionac is getting limited in the TCG like in the OCG. Black Whirlwind at two is to slow down Blackwings. Cyber Dragon is at two to increase it's sales since new Cyber Dragon support is came out. Bestiari is at 2 since Glad Beasts aren't really as powerful as before; it's more likely a test semi-limiting. Tribe Infecting Virus, although Powerful, is back for some reason.
As for Unlimitings, With all the Special Summonings, Bottomless at three is for more defense. Treeborn being Unlimited is because his effect prevents you from special summoning more than one, even if you have three in the grave (like how Twin-Headed Behemoth's effect can only be used once, no matter how many you have in your deck). Advanced ritual art came off since Ritual monsters don't see much use, and this card is't as powerful as it was when it was put on the list. I have no clue why Grand Mole would be back at three, it's just more bouncing mayhem in my opinion. Smashing Ground at three is probally the same reason fissure is at three, and Ultimate offering doesn't see much use anyway.
This is, in no way, a definate list. It is one of the many leaked lists. However, among the leaked lists, this one is regarded as the most sensible one based on the current meta. It is possible that nothing on this list will even be touched, as it is also possible that some of the predictions this list makes can come true. Like all supposedly leaked lists, this one can be fake, made up entirely of some players own predictions.
*Note: I have no Problems with this list... well except for Limiting Burial, but only because it screws up the flow of my Megarock Return Deck.

Sounds reasonable. I'm not sure about a few cards though, this does look a lot more like someone's idea of what the list will be rather than Konami's decision.

..>.>.. You can do the Trunade combo with Call too, it's just slower and destroys your monster. XD ... unless of course you want your monster to be destroyed, because some monsters have a great card effect that activates when it's destroyed by a card effect.

Which is why people use Trunade once the monster has been tributed or sent to the graveyard.

Jevan R. H. Divinitive Sounds reasonable. I'm not sure about a few cards though, this does look a lot more like someone's idea of what the list will be rather than Konami's decision. Yeah, some of the cards on this list are iffy, like Tribe coming back, and Grand Mole at three. Others I can totally see happening, like D-Draw going back to two, Burial and Mezuki at one, and Kuraz because of that OTK deck that involves it in the OCG.

He is a bit too powerful to bring back. He's Snipe without the die. Mole's not too bad as you're unlikely to get more than one out unless you're opponent's doing really, really badly.
