It's one thing being a casual player and not following the Forbidden List. It's another thing to not even play the minimum card count, which is 40 cards.
However, it's just something from another world to still play The Winged Dragon of Ra, and make up what it does for it to do anything.
Deck is garbage.

Well if you want some usful help here you go:
First, even if you are not building a deck for tournament format you still aleast have to build a deck to the traditional format. Which mean atleast 40 cards and no more then 60. Secondly, only use card which can be used officially in a duel for fairness. Ra will be released as a playable card some time soon so if you want to use Ra wait for that.
Now your deck. You have way to many high level monsters and hardly anything to aid in summoning them. So you will always loose as your hand will be full of them. If you are going to play alot of high level monsters then all other cards in the deck must in some way able you to summon them. Another thing is having a theme/win condision. If the whole deck is based around a theme then you will find it alot more fun to play. Also, if you have a set way of winning then build a deck around that. As your deck is way to random and nothing works with each other except in very certain situations. Don't wait for a situation to happen, make it happen!
Once you have chosen a theme for the deck the ratio of monster, spell and trap cards will depend. But here is a basic:
1/3 - lv7+ monsters 2/5 - lv5-6 monsters 15/17 - lv4 and lower monsters 7/9 - traps 9/12 - spells
Just give it a try and see what you think. If you are unsure on what to base the deck on then choose your favourite card and build a deck which uses that card to the max!
Also, next time you post a deck use this set up and post each card in the correct section and put the amount of that card next to it's name. It's alot easyer to understand:
Tribute monsters - Monsters - Spells - Traps - Extra deck -

ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff
DECK BLOWS. Ra sucks. Ever heard of a rulebook? Y'know, that thing that tells you how to play the game. You should get one. I'm sure somebody has like, 50 that they don't need or want that you can have.

Let me say this: WTF? This isn't a deck, it's a pile of random cards.
Also, wrong forum.
