I'm fulfilling my aspect as the goddess of vegan high calorie foods!*

Seriously though, I just ate six cookies in a row. How do other vegans keep weight off when you have an arsenal of yummy foods at your disposal?

*My roommate calls me this, for true!

Serious though, when the cupcake cookbook speaks to you, what do you do?

It's called control.

When the goodies call to me. I just look at there saturated content, and if that doesn't do it to me, I remember how many family members died of "hardening of the arteries". That usually does it for me.

If not, I grab an orange. Cut it up into many pieces, heat it up (or not), and eat each piece as if I am saverying each and every moment.

That usually helps me.

You can work out those extra calories. I recommend pineapple, it's a 0% fat high vitC healthy treat.
