Love that show. I think they may've brought it back. It's complicated.
Slave Labor graphics did a comic continuation by the series creator that discounted Season 3 (except for the first episode which was the last one he did before he was fired from the show)
However Disney raised the cost of licensing the material and SLG simply couldn't afford to do an ongoing anymore. There are rumors of possible graphic novels in the future and the creator has said he would continue it.
The comic dealt with plot lines he never got to introduce into the show aswell as stuff that disney would have never let him show. He'd managed to introduce Lex's potential love interest but the comic ended before he managed to reveal that Lex was gay and show any possible relationship between him and the potential love interest.
