According to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Wikia, this fellow can attack twice, and is made from Neos and any Warrior Monster. the Wikia also hints in the card text, that you might be able to use more than one warrior for the fusion, but this is unknown.

With a base Atack of 2500, you can easily fuse it with another High Attack Hero Monster (excluding Evil Hero's (they're not warriors)) to get an insanely high attack double attacker.

Thoughts on how this guy will help E-Hero Decks? Or even your run of the mill Warrior decks?

I personally think, along with the Natural Heros (the only 2 released in the TCG right now is Absolute Zero and Gaia, but two other's exist; The Shining, and Great Tornado), will greatly boost the playability of E-Hero Decks despite the 15 card Extra Deck Limit.

at the very least, most of the old fusions will become obsolete, paving the way for a new Hero Fusion Control deck

I can work this into my tier 3 hero deck and bump it up to tier 2 <.<

but probably not to tier 1...not until the nature heroes and more banlists hit.
