Description (eye color/hair color/hair style/wings etc): Eyes are bright purple. Body is yellow with a bit of a white fade toward throat and belly, with some red/orange here and there that offers a resemblance to fire. Mane/tail in curly #2 style, please, very dark gray in color with a faint sort of oily multi-colorshift effect interspersed with areas where the locks are colored in bright rainbow streaks. Muzzle and lower half of legs are just the dark gray color, hooves are white. Has various tribal looking markings in black on different parts of her body (shown on horse ref in magenta, faded areas depicting that they are behind hair/wings on the ref pic). DEFINITELY want the eagle wing template, and the new female draft body type with the extra floofy legs.

The others are cosplay pets I've gotten modeled after this theme (the one named Kheelee is a CYO I got from Kimera Den and probably the best color reference) and the original (oooooold) picture that they were modeled after that has the most accurate wing markings (markings appear on both sides of the wings if that is unclear).

Description (eye color/hair color/hair style etc): Very dark gray, almost black, pale silver eyes, pale silver hooves, main/tail/feathers and strip down throat/chest/belly are a fade from black at the edge to silver in the center. Has medium and light silver speckles on cheeks, shoulders, hips, down spine, outer edge of ears, and on main/tail/feathers. She's supposed to have a mildly metallic look. Forever foal mane/tail, please.

WIP Needed? Would prefer one for linework, and one for color. <3 More is unnecessary but loved.

Body: Dark shimmery black/brown with gold streaks/splotches, but mostly the dark colors. His coloration is all based off of what can be found on the spectrolite gemstone.
Face: Same color as body. Normal happy stallion mouth/expression. Little bit of extra scruff on the chin and back of the jaw like a bit of a goatee/beard if I may? (Tried to show it in the accessories ref.) Eyes are a bright blue/green (whites included) with a gold pupil, and if they could glow slightly that would be a plus!
Mane: Some combinations of the brighter colors of the stones here, no particular pattern required. Would like it long (like down his shoulder from the top of his head and down to his ankles from the base of his neck sort of long) and sort of wavy / curly at the ends. If you want to make it look like it's blowing in the wind or whatever else, that's fine!
Tail: Bit of a cross between both bloodlines here; want the demon tail, but instead of the cat-o-nine end I would like a long hair tuft ending to match his mane. The demon tail part would match his body color, with gold spikes, and the hair part would match his mane.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Alt-kirin hooves and fetlocks. Fetlocks follow body color, hooves are gold..

Background

Shinzui, as an entity, is a bit peculiar. One of the "Children of the Dead God" - as the decendants of Macabre, my death-god OC, are called - he has an undeniable link with and morbid fascination for death. More specifically, communing with and if possible guiding the dead to their destinations. His official capacity as a godling is that of one who speaks for the dead when necessary, and tracks down lost souls to lead them to their resting place. (By force if necessary.) He is The Guide and Messenger, generally only known as The Guide in spite of having a name. Unlike most of his family his name is not also a descriptor of some facet of his function. (Grandfather, and god of death, Macabre; mother, the battlefield reaper, Bereave; sister, the wrath of wronged souls, Avenge. Avenge also happens to have a "mortal" name as he does, though.)

In his mortal capacity, which is the part that translates over to the alternate characters of him, he actually sees the dead that still roam this world, and sometimes other spirits. They are almost always silent, though as tangible to his sight as any living creature. He has to rely on his ears to tell living from dead, and on rare occasions when the dead do speak to him he might never realize the difference. He realizes all of this, though, and that others usually can't sense what he can. Many have even labeled him mad for thinking he can see them, and he has no real proof that he is not. So he accepts that also, and simply continues on. No one is hurt by his visions, and usually they don't even find out about them, so there is no harm in it that he can discern.

Body: Mostly gold, with a few streaks of the shimmery black/brown in the spectrolite stones. (basically like shinzui's, but the color placement is backwards)
Face: Same color as body. Normal mare eyes, but with the kalona teeth. Eyes are red (whites included) with a gold pupil, and if they could glow slightly that would be a plus!
Mane: Long, wavy/curly toward the bottom. Her hair is long, pretty much all of it is ankle length. Random combination of the brighter colors in the spectrolite stone.
Tail: Demontail with a kirin-esque hair tuft instead of the cat-o-nine end. Demontail part matches the body, with dark spikes. Hair tuft is approximately half the length of her mane. Hair color is the random combo of bright colors.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Alternate kirin style fetlocks and hooves. Fetlocks follow her body coloration, hooves are shimmery black and brown.

Macabre would be some sort of offspring of a previous set of angeni of Death and Justice, or some such thing. They can act like perfectly ordinary, sociable individuals of course... but Avenge rarely puts her mission aside for long, and Shinzui feels obligated to help her (or at least make sure she doesn't kill herself from over-work...).

Hair/clothing edits (if any): Wings are large and leathery, design to follow the wings in the images, though size can be adjusted if necessary to fit the Soquili/image. Visible wing should be adorned with the lantern. Hair is a long ponytail (dolphin tail?) as seen in the image. Tail is long, heavy, and dragon-like as in the image. Neck and waist/hips area should have scaly regions as in the images. Head should have all of the appropriate horns and markings that are in the images, with the large flared out scales at the back of the head behind the horns/ears and off of the cheeks. Beaking the end of the nose is not necessary.

The image with the red shirt, if you can find a way to incorporate that color along his back/hips/back of his neck and perhaps along the front of his legs that looks good I'd appreciate it. I do have permission from the colorist/original shop owner to get the new version of the pet. She used to go by Chibbit, her username is now Onion Grump, unless she changed it again. XD;

"Original" Dachion is a Trast from the shop Subterranean. I acquired him in April of '06 (the first cert date was 4/18, but that was when he hatched, I got the egg a week or two before that). He's in the Lacertosus pack, which is notorious for being BIG, either in hight or muscle mass, usually both. They're also notorious for hating humans, as they were either raised with the mindset, or were one of many ill-treated at human hands that found a new home with the pack. Arrogance and a bit of mean-spirited fun (usually at human expense) is not uncommon there; Dach's just really good at being a jerk to everybody more or less indiscriminately!

Dach is about as "guy" as a guy can get. He tends to be a bully, he's cocky as all get out, a complete smart-a**, and competitive to the point of stupidity in some cases. He's very cunning in some areas, but not always the brightest bulb when it comes to straight intellect. He won't bother flirting unless a girl impresses him, however, and in spite of his general "guyness" he is not the fling type. Nor is he actually of the opinion that girls are in any way inferior to boys... he's just an a** and thinks he's better than everyone in general, unless they prove otherwise. He's not evil in spite of his habit of being mean and picking on people... just nuetral with a habit of being a bit chaotic and a jerk. He's not above picking on kids either, though he's usually more gentle with them. He won't cause them any actual harm, though, nor allow anyone else to while he's around. He tends to be a bit territorial and possessive of "his" people, though he tries not to hinder them from living their lives. He's actually a big teddy bear after you win him over. And on one last note... he really, really, really doesn't like humans.

Description: The base of the body is black along the spine and fading to a medium gray around the hooves, with various markings along the nose, spine, between shoulders/hips and ankles, ends of the tail, and the feathers/edges of the wings in pink rose petal colors. I would prefer markings like mottles and speckles along the back and wings, and some tigerseye like striping along the legs and the ends of the tail. The mane starts out black where it grows out from the spine and fades quickly into a mottling of the rose color set (addendum after ref was colored) and fade to pale pink/white at the bottom. Eyes are dark pink, as are hooves, horns, and the various spikes. Teeth remain white.

The "black" on the body is supposed to be a bit darker, I went with something a touch lighter so the lineart wouldn't be obscured. This is basically just to give you the jist of what I have in mind, you can play with the patterns just a bit.

Hair/clothing edits (if any): Would like medium-long hair hanging around her face and shoulders, draped in a rather loose ponytail gathered at her shoulder with a black ribbon. It should end hanging around her ankles, but not to the point that it would drag on the ground. Gently wavy hair would be nice, as I don't want it entirely straight, I want it to maintain an air of simplicity and elegance. You can play with the size/style of the ribbon also, if you want. I would also like for her wings to be translucent, though not completely transparent.

Somber Roseate is a peculiar creature, even for a Kalona. Perhaps especially for a Kalona. Carnivore though she is the only meat she generally finds palatable is fish, and indeed it is not only palatable but delectable to her. She will go to great lengths to obtain it at mealtimes, unnecessarily so in fact. She has recently become well known in the coastal Kawani fishing venues for raiding boats and even breaking into stores of smoked fish if she is unable to obtain any on her own. One Kawani man even tells the story of how she came rampaging upon his fishing party on the beach, and how he was left holding the last of the fish after he had told the others to flee. He was knocked down and the fish torn from his hands... but otherwise unharmed as the devil mare stood there rather calmly and devoured several of them whole. She even gave him an almost affectionate nuzzling afterward before taking to wing and disappearing into the distance! This has led several of the Kawani fishermen to keep a few loose fish handy from the nets when they dock just in case she were to appear, as she typically won't attack anyone off-hand, only if she is challenged or she doesn't get her fish quickly enough. Usually this is only necessary in the winter when the rivers are frozen and the sea the only real venue for a fish dinner. Somber Roseate is typically a very independent and somewhat illusive creature.

She is also a fairly young mare by any standards, only just having gained adulthood this winter past... which is perhaps why she found her way to the Kawani village at all, for she was likely still under parental care and tutelage before that. She has also already had one lover; a charming non-kalona stallion who made her feel like a queen, and by her reckoning rightly so. But he was a flirt, and unfaithful, and though she shunted her vengeful streak aside for the sake of the unknowing mare he'd apparently impregnated when she wasn't looking, when she found out later he'd also abandoned her for greener pastures shortly after the foals were born, she hunted him down and blinded him. Death was too good for him, and if his roving eyes caused him to wander so then it seemed to her that he didn't need them.

In the world of Somber Roseate, she is the end all, be all of Soquili perfection, and so she cares not what blood runs in the veins of the company she keeps so long as she is amused with them. If she is unamused, she will flat out say so and proceed to leave. If the unamusing party persists in trying to keep in her company and does not quickly prove themselves of some use, she will oust them from her presence in the most violent of manners. Anyone she does find amusing, though, she will share her company with willingly, and if she... dare I say?... likes them, she will claim them as one of her "pets". Friends and lovers alike are pets, though friends have a far longer leash, particularly after the behavior of her previous lover. This does not mean she will begrudge her true Pet of friends or family relations, but she will guard her lover jealously and with great ferocity. Woe betide anyone who dares to try and steal a stallion from her... or the stallion should he be unfaithful. In spite of her vain and sometimes vicious nature she can be quite affectionate to her pets, and their pets or families (yes... friends of her pets she considers to be their pets). She will in fact dote on them, to varying degrees, and anyone she takes as a lover will find themselves positively spoiled. Somber Roseate will go to great lengths to see her pets have what they want and are happy, as long as they do not have the gall to try and make her change who she is. This includes hunting down those that hurt them.

Sweet as a ripe fruit one moment, and as vengeful as a tempest the next, Somber Roseate is not the easiest of creatures to live in close proximity to. This is perhaps why she is so illusive for the most part, finding nagging neighbors irritating to no end. She can also go from a proper, well spoken lady to a very vocal hurricane of expletives in no time flat if she is agitated. All in all the temper "volatile" seems a very fitting description.

Body: White, dark swirl of black/brown/red/purple with bits of faint glowing scattered in it (sort of like a nebula... I actually have a reference image for this part). The dark marking covers a good portion of his body, there will be refs available for better detail. Accessories listed below.
Face: White face, eyes are 1/2 silver and 1/2 a dark wine color
Mane: White with a bit of pale cream at toward the bottom, a little bit of hair loose and whispy around the face, and the rest in a fairly massive single braid, part of the lower section is wrapped in a gold cord, end poofs out in a wild sort of fashion. Further details on hair accessories below.
Tail: Long, white, touch of pale cream at the end. About 2/3 of it is wrapped in a gold cord, end poofs out in a while sort of fashion. Further details in the accessories section.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Front left hoof and fetlocks are the dark color pattern; other legs, bone colored hooves, white fetlocks with pale cream at the ends.

Custom Items: Bone colored mask, tiger-esque shape. Gold beads scattered in mane with bone claws tied to them. Gold cord wrapped around bottom 1/3 of mane-braid, one around tail starts almost at the tail base and covers about 2/3 of the tail. Both have a gold cuff / band capping each end of the cord. Spiked collar and bracelet/anklets; one bracelet is a clawed armor guard. Clawed armor items on the top pair of wings, also.

Bright blonde mane/tail, blue eyes, flesh tone base with a good deal of black, pink, and gold markings with a sort of jester/joker-card theme to them. Thinking mostly natural sort of pattern for the colors to be in? Large black patch along the spine and smaller splotches/speckles of pink and gold around various places on the body. Not on face or bottom half of legs, those should remain flesh tone. Specific card symbol markings and other things will be detailed in refs. Black wings, gold on outer half of primary feathers, card suit symbols on the four largest at outer edges.
