Standard flamesworn looks almost standard, except you really REALLY need to be using 3 CotLB, take out mirror force for torrential Tribute, and take out a lyla, 3 is overkill no matter what build you're running. You could also trim a beckoning light down, 3 isn't needed in this build, especially if you're planning to main decree.

Sorry. It's not for me though. A friend of mine wants to build one, and I thought I'd post it here for people to look at and modify.

This deck swarms, so torrential isn't really a good idea. but i'll try it.

Torrential should be staple regardless of whatever deck you're building, save a few turbo decks, but that's it. You can't count on having a perfect hand all the time and torrential will punish your opponent for over-extending recklessly.

this isnt even flamsworn, even if it existed. this is just a shitty lightsworn deck imo.
flamvells are about the worst archetype to ever splash into a lightsworn deck.

then obviously you have NEVER faced this deck before, as its speed and Synchro Summoning capabilities are far beyond what i thought possible for LS. (until i dueled it and got my a** handed to me)

I laugh at you, For FlamSworn is currently the most powerful Lightsworn deck.

For certain deck types?
Yes.

For all deck types?
No.

In some, it will just be a setback.
There is no universal staple card, just things that are helpful in the majority.

Edit: Also, why do people use Gold Sarcophagus?
Doesn't D.D. Capsule do the same thing?

D.D. Capsule stays on the field though. which means if it's destroyed while in the middle of resolving, you don't get the card you RFG'd t your hand. Gold Sarc doesn't stay on the field while your waiting for the card to come to your hand, so it's better.

Ah, cool then.
So, does the searched card go face-up when removed?
Or down, like with Capsule?

Gold Sarc is Face-up.

Okay.
So I suppose that's really it's only downside, compared to Capsule.

Thanks for explaining! ^^

Yeah. Capsule is worse too because You can't take the Face-down cards out of your RFG pile once the Capsule gets destroyed.
