So this was the third deck I ever made. I had no idea black wings were top tier when I made it, I just thought they were cool.

Alright so there it is, I've been thinking about re adding a swallows nest.
And quillbolt is in there for silverwind, I couldn't think of an easier way to get him out than with quillbolt.
There are things I want for this deck that I do not currently have, like more blackwing synchros and Vayu's. As well as Dark bribes solemn and Mirror force.

You don't need the quill bolts for Silverwind. Youn can use Blizzard and two kaluts, or Blizzard, Shura or Bora, and Fane (although noone ever runs Fane, you can use him)
Although I must Admit, using the Quilbolts is brilliant.

Also, the easiest way to get out Silverwind is through vayu's effect. Summon a vayu through shura's effect, summon a gale, tune it with shura to make armor master, tune that with vayu to make stardust, set some traps, summon silverwind next turn, gg

I like his effect, thought it does slow down things. My friend got me another Vayu today. And Dad is a goal for the future. Lol

Shura vayu and kalut then?
It's easier to just summon blizzard, grab bora, then bring out quillbolt.
I'd rather synchro for goyo than remove from play armor master and vayu for a negated silverwind. Without his effect he just seems like a pointless monster to have.

Seriously, he's just there to look pretty and be a beat stick. and no, I said gale, not kalut, you can't get armor master with kalut. The point of him is a 2800 atk beatstick backing up a stardust dragon, and if you have at least 1 decent trap in your backrow, there are very few things your opponent can do to you, that's the point.

I hate his effect, especially for the effort you have to put in just to summon him, and you can't even win the turn you do. Competitively, he's just a 2800 atk beat stick that's another icarus target.
