Anyway

Current Activities

In the morning I try to take my dog for a walk
I alternate from beginning and advanced Zumba from day to day.
I throw in the biggest loser game at night, before dinner, after Zumba
May start the elliptical after dinner.

Thankies :3 I just got done with 35 minutes of intense mode on the biggest loser game! Woo~ And Zumba is an Aerobic workout..like actual cardio that's combined with high impact latin dancing. Its flipping addicting! and the average calculated calorie burn is from 600-1000 calories per Zumba session. You do stuff like Salsa, Merenge, Belly Dancing, Flamanco, and other stuffs. It's really fun, you should look into it. I swear, nothing has made me sweat more then Zumba. Not to mention it works EVERY part of your body. biceps, triceps, abs, obliges, inner thigh, hamstrings..and lots of other stuffs o-o

Well off to bed for me c: 10 PM! Woo! My breakfast tomorrow will be a glass of milk and a banana. Will try to take my Sammie-Sams for a walk razz He's my 3 year old pure bred sheltie that we rescued..lol X3 Will do beginners zumba tomorrow since I've been feeling sick >.< Let's all do our best tomorrow! *Give everyone virtual celery stick* WOO!

(you seem to be off to a great start already > <)

and ouh yeah, zumba is quite fun.
The only time I've done it though is a few random times my aerobics instructor kind of threw it in for a half class or warm up or something heh.

That sounds totally awesome, I think I'll look into it. o:

Right now my source of cardio is Dance Dance Revolution. xd It's a great workout but it only works a certain amount of muscles..

Lol. It's really fun. DDR used to be my cardio until my sis told me to try Zumba..My mat is kind of collecting dust over in the corner X3 And thanks Phloid :3

And, the Zumba sounds fun, and rather interesting. So it's a fantastic way to go about excercise.

It's my Armor for Sleep belt c: They're my favorite band and my mum got me the belt when I was medium sized. Now I fit!! And today I decided to have a weigh in. And
*drum roll*

I am now 151 pounds!!! woo!
