The Missing Piece (Looking for Literate)

In the distant kingdom of Hallitia, lived a royal family that was loved by their people. They did everything they could to keep peace in their land. King Theodore Hamillere ruled with pride and dignity. He, like his family, was loved by the people. All except one. Lucian Coldstone hated the Hamillere family. He hated everything about them. Lucian believe that he was the rightful one for the thrown. If it wasn't for the Theodore and his family, Lucian would be the one to rule.

That's when Lucian got an idea. He would kill everyone in the Hamillere family and rule the kingdom. He tried but failed. He had burned down the castle successfully but he only killed king's children. It was a start but he couldn't let them bare another child.

The dead bodies where accounted for except one child. Their youngest daughter Danielle. At the time she was only seven. Somehow, she escaped and was never heard from again. That is....until now.

Years later Danielle is 18 and living on her own. She grew up Orphan but always knew her family was alive and that they wanted her. But she didn't know where to start. The only thing she had was a birth mark on her forearm in the shape of a bird.

One day, a guard caught her trying to steel food from a nearby cart. Danielle was taken to the head guard to decipher her sentence. But when she saw him, something clicked in her mind. She knew this man but couldn't remember.

He knew she looked familiar. It wasn't until he saw the birth mark on her forearm did he finally realize who she was. Not only was she his childhood friend but he knew she was the lost princess. Heir to throne. Can he remain a guard and watch over her carefully or will their feelings for each other distract him from protecting her from the one person who wants her dead?

No text speaking please. I don't mind a little grammar mistakes. In fact, I make them sometimes too since I tend to type fast. But I don't want to see a misspelled word on every other word, especially if they're real simple words like "the, and, but" that sort of thing.
My limits don't go very far. Kissing is really all I do and then a time skip to the next morning. I just like to concentrate on the story more than the action.
