Where were you a month ago? Two months ago? Where are you now?
How have you changed? Either physically with weight/inches, or maybe you feel better from the inside out. :3
Share how your progress is coming!
I just started late December/Early January, but I've lost 3.2 pounds and am on my way! I feel better because I'm drinking more water and eating a lot healthier. It's a good feeling, being healthy! I'm also more motivated to lose fat! I think I can keep this up forever, I'm feeling on top of the world! It's one step at a time. C: <3

Two months ago I was about 235 and now I am about 230-232, so not a huge loss, but I've noticed that my pants are fitting a lot looser. I am tired all the time because I just started working out, but I feel great.

Honestly? Haha, two months ago I weighed less.
But about a month ago, I randomly gained like 10 pounds. So I was weighing like 218 and even 220 some days. And for the past week, I've been taking it seriously. I just joined this guilt on new years day and I was 218. But I'm down to 213 now.
It doesn't sound like a big deal, but I am proud of myself! Staying positive, hoping to keep losing.

I didn't weigh myself first thing in the morning. So I'm not sure how much I've lost but I've lost a pound or two! biggrin Pretty exciting for having just started. I had started trying to change my diet at the end of December but New Years Eve and New Years was bad to me. (Went to a party NYE and ate and drank and that continued on through New Years and the Rose Bowl xD)
After that, I felt gross. Full of grease and impurities. I've been on this big kick to eat organic foods and foods without preservatives and antibiotics. I go out of my way to try to find organic sorts of things. Not hard core though. I don't plan to become a Vegan or anything crazy like that. Me likey da bacon.
A month ago I was eating anything I wanted, without concern to quantities and drank almost no water. Now I'm trying to drink more water too.

I'm really glad to hear it, guys!
@Goldenlici; I just started exercising too, once your body adjusts you'll feel like you have a ton of energy as long as you eat enough. That's what I've heard and hope, anyway. :3
@Emma; Random weight sucks, but at least you're losing it! 5 pounds is a big deal, no matter what your goal is. C: They add up quite quickly, you know? 5 pounds lost turns into 10 turns into 50. Not quite that easily, but in time. n_n
@Lady Kayura; Yeah, I've been active/inactive here for quite some time, but I'm really sticking it to myself to be active this year! And organic is better for you without a doubt, I just can't really afford it right now. [/college kid] I'm eating a whole can of veggies every day though and trying to be active on a daily basis, too. Water is definitely one of my goals, too. <3
I'm loving the positive attitudes. :D That drops weight faster than anything.

I only just started this year, and it's not working at all. Unless I keep it on my mind all the time, I just eat like I normally do, out of habit. I can't focus at all...

It'll get better in time, you just have to try to keep at it. I'm still counting calories and plan to for a few months until I'm confident I won't over-eat on my own. For me, it takes a while to make it unconscious (I've done it before, but have to start over again). Once you form the habit though, it'll be no problem. (:
It's hard but you have to just make a conscious effort to be thinking about it all of the time until you break the old habits. They took a while to make, it'll take a while to change them. But it's so worth it. <3 I'm glad you're here and making an effort, it'll pay off if you stick with it. <3

I'll keep you my dirty little secret... I haven't lost a lot of weight (I went from 147 to 139) since last August, but I feel a lot better. By exercising, I've been able to run farther, lift more and I just feel better about my body overall. I'm really glad I started this diet, and would never want to go back.
...don't tell anyone or you'll be just another regret.

I'm not sure about a couple months ago, but I know since August.
In August, I was 117lbs. That's the heaviest I've ever weighed.
As of now, I am at most 103lbs.
Almost 15 pounds! I'm so proud of myself.
I don't do much exercise; because of my panic disorder and how it triggers it. Yet, I'm on a very low calorie "diet", so I really shouldn't be exercising much anyways.

A year ago I couldn't run for a minute straight, and I couldn't have alternated running with anything for any length of time. I could barely handle walking a lot. I can run/walk on a 2:1 minute ratio for 20 minutes without a problem now.
I'm almost back down to the weight I lost just before christmas and that's almost 60 lbs lost from my highest weight (almost two years ago now)

I literally just start this whole thing, but I notice on days I eat better I feel better in general, which is great. It makes losing weight so much more rewarding.

Nolone, losing 3 lbs in a week is not necessarily healthy. (I'm no one to talk but frequently I gain that weight back) Focus less on your weight goals and focus on your eating/exercise goals. The weight will follow if you take care of those.
