I think it´s cool i mean, you have a lot of cards meant to summon blue eyes, but maybe you could add a couple of masked dragons, to quickly summon the white stone of legends. It is really easy to get.
And "a must be" for any dragon deck (at least these beatdown type of deck) should be totem dragon, forget about kaibaman and seahorse, maybe a kaibaman is useful, but your masked dragon can search totem dragon too and quickly get blue eyes on the field, not to mention he can save you of dead draws very easily.
I dont think lord of d. is that helpful, of course giving him protection is needed, lord of d. doesn´t protect him from mirror force or bottomless, and royal decree does, both lord of d. and royal decree can make the field a lot safer. also really cheap in common . mirage dragon is very useful to the purpose but it is weak and if destroyed leaves your blue eyes unprotected.
Ancient rules/kaibaman/kaiser sea horse + summoner´s art = a brand new blue eyes on the field, maybe in the first turn i f they are both in you hand (except kaiser seahorse).

ll Blue Dust ll Dark Wolf Bryan then add a blue eyes shining its a dead draw i think it would help the deck out cause u dont have any cards to protect ur blue-eyes white and ultimate dragons and with shining dragons effect its not effected by spells, traps, or effect monsters and ur deck allows u to summon it easily
