Show me the meaning of being lonely...
How do you cope with grief and stress?
Do you eat, self-harm, cry, or numb yourself?

This came to mind because my grandfather died a couple hours ago. I realize that I'm repressing the feelings that are choking me, al the grief and hurt. I just make myself numb and I do feel like I'm breaking.
Is the feeling I need to walk with

(I'm so sorry for your loss. Really. I don't exactly know what it's like to lose a family member, but... yeah. I'm so sorry.)

Depends on what happens. Here's a long list. I'm kind of screwed up, though.

Multi-purpose relievers:
Drop my head in my hands and sob until it hurts. (sadness/anger)

Scream. (stress/anger)

Sing. (Something powerful, something that has lots of note holding or yelling. Like Last night, Good night or Amazing Grace.) (sadness/anger)

Type about in on the internet. (anything)

Cry and scream at the same time. (anger/sadness)

Anger relievers:
Throw things.

Mutilate/vandalize my things. (Like old stuffed animals. Pins, pocket knives, marker, etc. Or turn things--like a couch--over.)

Take it out on everyone else. Shouting, screaming, throwing things at them

Sadness relievers: (Most of these just make me hurt until I feel pain instead of sadness, so I get my mind off of it)
Sit like a lifeless doll. Very properly. Hands in my lap, back straight (and a hand's width away from the back of the chair), legs together and angled slightly. I sit like that until it hurts.

Sob. Sob. Sob. Standing, sitting, whatever. Just cry.

Bite my finger and cry.

Stress relievers:
Look out the window.

Take a walk.

Lay down.

I cry. I cry like an idiot for hours, until I pass out.
And if I'm angry I yell and beat a pillow against the ground.

I also rearrange my room whenever I'm upset and I go for walks.

And I bake...but that's for any emotion.

I'm sorry your grandfather died. Grieving is a natural part of dealing with loss, especially with the loss of someone close to you like your grandfather. But you aren't grieving alone- try to stay close to your family because they feel what you're feeling too. Not being alone is a good way to keep your mind off of things.

If you're feeling sad there's no shame in crying.
If you're angry go for a run.

My mom was telling me that my uncles on that side are all trying to move one, and at the very least I should fake happiness.
Whenever I try and feel anything, it feels like there's something crushing me or choking me.
I'd rather just not feel right now.
Usually I dance to get rid of stress
Or I cry to relieve sadness.
But I need to feel the hurt if I want to cry and I honestly just can't do that right now.

I make playlists to fit my mood.
I used to self harm but my mates are helping me.
Now If I'm freaking out I text a mate of mine who always helps.
If I'm sad I go to bed & cry & cry & cry then don't get out of bed the next day
I write & draw as well
& sometimes I run down to the river down the road & just stand & scream.
