Here's some quick treats that my family is making that are vegan, but appeal to even the most stingy meat eater relative ;D
Hawaiian Chicken Kebabs
1 bag of veggie chicken strips (such as Morningstar Farms)
1 Can of pineapple cubes/chunks
1 jar of maraschino cherries (make sure red color is vegan)
Any other favorite fruits/veggies
Sauce: 50/50 mix of brown sugar and soy sauce
Make the kebabs however you like smile Dress the uncooked kebabs with about a tablespoon each of the sauce. Bake at 350 for about thirty minutes. Eat them fast before everyone else can!!
