Chester Bennington (the lead singer from Linkin Park) has a "side project" going on...a band called Dead By Sunrise. They're quite different from Linkin Park, so even if you don't like them you should check out Dead By Sunrise. There's more dark, gritty emotion in the songs than in LP's songs, and I just generally think their music is better than the latest stuff LP has done. You should definately check them out, regardless of whether you like LP or not.
