Hilarious and disturbing French film about murder, cannibalism, the circus, and musical saws. Set in an apartment building where the cook and it's guests kill the repairment that come to fix things up around the place. One repairman though, will not be taken down easily, and has more tricks up his sleeve that will win the heart of a girl, and brutally slaughter those that mess with him.

Definitely one of the best black-humor movies I've ever seen, I highly recommend it.
