I believe that everyone should listen to this podcast in general. But this episode in particular is very important. They talk about food, diets, and what/how much to eat. It's very important and I don't think many people know what to do about it.

-still listening- xP the guy who loves chocolate sounds like me :] lolz. This is very informative!! (Makes me feel a bit better about my >.< little french fry slip up today)
