Bio:
Shen's real name, history, and abilities are unknown but to himself. His skin is pale white, but it adds to his abilities. Because of his pale white skin he stands out easily but like a chameleon he can blend into his surroundings if not better than a chameleon. His second ability is a Ghost like ability, phasing through walls or appearing out of nowhere. Whike phasing he tends to get stuck real quick if he isn't focused, so he tries to avoid that. If he does go out in public and wants to be noticed, he puts a cloak over himself, a mask and a pair of gloves. Some find it odd that he looks like a child, but that's becuase he has a restriction on his body by the Royal Mages of the king. Being in such a tiny body horribly restricts his other abilities making then unusable. He is so much more older than he appears to be, but he finds being young helps him. His personality rapidly changes depending on the situation. Manipulative, easy-going, strict, if he finds a situation that will benefit him he will change on the turn of a dime just to get what he wants. At the moment, he would like the king and his daughter to be eradicated. Not so he can take the thrown, but so no one gets in his way so he can return his body to its original form.

When he was born ((twins)) he was pronounced dead, but truthfully his soul was simply within Scarlets. When Scarlet disappeared and appeared in the other world at the age of 5 her brothers soul was released and was then placed in anothers body. He looked like his sister and they lived together on the streets for about 5 more years. Then they were seperated and when they were thats when Scarlet was adopted by her new "parents". Scarlet keeps her brothers identity a secret simply because he made her promise not to tell anyone not even there real parents if she ever managed to get back to there real home. Scarlet still keeps in touch with him but now is slowly drifting away from him...now that she's losing control of herself. Rui is now looking for his twin sister. He is merly human because Scarlet was the only one that was given powers.
