Start each phase with the letters to indicate what phase you have moved into. MP1] and EP] for example.
After each of your opponents moves, such as ending a phase, summoning a monster, setting a card, say k to indicate your passing. When activating something in response or chaining first post Activate or Chain to let your opponent know they need to wait.
