It has really no bearing to .hack, and I doubt there will be many, if any, who know both of these characters. But still, I must ask.

In a fight between Neuro and Sebastian, who would win?

Essentially am asking whether the subtle psycho demon or the more obvious psycho demon wins.

I'm only familiar with Sebastian, so I will give a terrible cop-out answer and say they wouldn't fight, they'd be friends! ;3;

fk12: Imagine the destruction and chaos they would bring if they became friends. They definitely should not.
So two people say Neuro here, then my friend says they'd both trip on a piece of Lint (that'd never happen) and then my friends IRL who had no clue who either of these are said Sebastian. Four of them. Hm...but you people actually know who you're talking about.
I only thought of this question because I was trying to think of someone who'd actually have a slight chance against Neuro in a fight.
