I will do original characters, but I will need a good description and a reference image if you have one. You can also request a drawing for someone else other than yourself, but keep in mind that I am only taking four single orders at a time {meaning 1 drawing per person, 4 people at a time} so if you wanted one with yourself as well, you will have to wait until slots open up again. Also, I'm not going to enforce this heavily {as I would be outing people's mules if I did}, but I would like that if you have a mule you want art for, do not take up more slots with your mules if you already have a slot. Wait until slots clear again to request more art. It's more courteous to others that way.
For this round, I'll be doing all the sketches with my tablet and maybe doing some Photoshop vs. GIMP vs. MS paint comparisons. Which program I choose to do yours in isn't up to you talk2hand {unless you're willing to bribe me for the good stuff emotion_awesome } Drawings will likely be half-body sketches with {probably sloppy} coloring. I -will- draw more than two people per image, however, I also reserve the right to turn down your request if it's a ridiculous amount of people that I don't want to draw. You can request a specific background scene, but know that I don't do backgrounds and thus asking for one is most likely to be wasted effort on your part. In the unlikely chance I do take up your background request, it'll be half-assed and look like a third-grader drew it, so I would recommend not bothering.
Note to those who might be delusional enough to want to bribe me: bribes this time will cost significantly less due to me actually liking to ink by hand. However, if you want ink with the pen tool, forget it. I'm not doing it even for a bribe stare {For this round, anyway.}

Use the "additional notes" section to add in any comments such as pose suggestions, specific wants {such as an item you really do not want left out, alternate colors, items you want in the image that aren't on your avatar, etc.}, what clothes {or lack thereof emotion_awesome } you want my character to be wearing for the image, and so on. If you're requesting an original character, this is also the section where you would write in your description.
Slots are filled on "first come, first served" basis... so the first four to post a completed form will be the first four slots. After that, you will have to wait until slots open up again before you are considered. {This means poster number 5 is not a shoo-in for the next round. Poster 5 will have to wait for slots to open again and try to catch a slot then and have the same chance as everyone else.} Learning from the first time I had this open, I will not be opening slots as I finish pieces and instead wait until all four slot orders have been filled before opening all four once more. This way, people aren't having to compete for a single slot every time I finish a piece.

Some tips and things to keep in mind for not getting your request rejected out right or having your request dropped from the list:
1.) Don't piss off the artist.
2.) You are not entitled to my services, especially not for free.
3.) I'm aware I have serious anger issues right now, and having someone point it out doesn't make it go away and in fact is more likely to add to the problem.
4.) If you dressed your avatar by covering your eyes and clicking random items, chances are I'm not going to want to draw it *glares at dame* stare
5.) Just because -you- think certain items go together doesn't mean -I- will. *glares at dame again* stare
6.) The less complicated the request is, the better.
7.) Classy is a plus, but not a requirement.

9.) Neon colored outfits on light-skinned characters emotion_donotwant .... *glares at dame* stare
