It's balanced. All it does is prevent the overexertion so many people hate.
If they hit anything it would be that as Stardust if far from a problem, while it may be a small one.

It's a nice card but what does it stop?
1. Heavy Storm
2. Lightning Vortex
3. Judgment Dragon
4. Gladiator Beast Gyzarus
5. Torrential Tribute
6. Celestia, Lightsworn Angel
7. Black Rose Dragon
8. Icarus Attack
9. Delta Crow - Anti Reverse
10. ?
Unless you can think of anything else this card goes in the side deck ready for Lightsworn and Gladiator Beasts. It may work main decked only due to Heavy Storm and Torrential Tribute, which are only 2 out of 40 cards in the deck, if they run both.

Five bucks says everyone with a Stardust Dragon is gonna maindeck at least one and put one-two copies in the sideboard just in case.
I'll be slipping two in my sideboard, personally.

xXJun loves YomuXx Why do I see all these cards for Stardust, but (almost) nothing for Red Dragon Archfiend. sad Because Stardust is the card used by the main character of the series, whereas Red Dragon is used by the main character's rival. Hence, there's a lot more support for Stardust than Red Dragon Archfiend. For reference, take a look back at the original Yu-Gi-Oh! and how there's more support for Dark Magician than there is for Blue-Eyes White Dragon. It's just how it is.

When first saw this card one word came to mind....BROKEN!!!! Personally I Plan on main-decking at least 1. I love Stardust and I am going to side-deck more rofl rofl
