It's time I turned a new leaf in my life. I'm tired of being over weight. I want to wear smaller size clothes. I want to find someone for me. I'm kinda angry at myself because I can't really express myself. I like to cosplay with my friends and I want to dress up pretty like my favorite characters and have fun at conventions.There's other stuff that I want to do too.

My younger cousins are growing up and my older cousin is already married and is about to have a baby in the next two months. I want change.

My goal: A healthy weight around 160 pounds.

I don't want to lose weight too fast because that's bad on the body.

1-2lbs a week. I'm going to try and aim for that weight goal.

Please feel free to encourage me through this. I do have self-esteem problems with myself and this will be a hard challenge for me. Also feel free to add tips and cooking recipes too.

I need to come up with a reward too. New clothes. 3nodding

Breakfast
1 glass of juice
2 pecan and chocolate chip pancakes
Vitamins

Lunch
1 bottle of water
A grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato.
A side salad with Italian dressing.

Dinner
1 glass of water
Shrimp scampi.
Corn.
Yogurt.
