I just had this idea poop into my head since I was reading Air Gear and playing pokemon and yugioh at the same time.

Air Gear is about these teams that are composed of Stormriders who wear these skates called ATs. It's like the X-Games to the EXTREME!!!!!!

Anyway the battles between stormriders teams usually means wagering your badge and if you lose your team's badge your team gets disbanded.

Pokemon well you know collect 8 badges becoming the champion and all that.

Well this team battles idea is sorta an advancement of a team battles event that took place here when the Assualt modes were either out or being massively talked about.

So what would happen in this team battles thing is the teams players wage their badges against the opponents if one of your team's members lose your teams badge that member is kicked from the event. You can wager other teams badges if you beat them. I can get more in depth if you want but I don't feel like it right now.

A team would have a minimum of four people including a captain. Once your in a team you cannot switch. If your team gets disbanded then you may be allowed to be assimilated into one of the other teams.

Now who would be interested in doing anything like this?

The Badge system so far-
Each team has a badge.
Everyone in that team has that badge.
When you wager your team's badge and lose you are out.
When you win you get the other teams badge.
These badges are like Starchips from duelist kingdom, but if you wager your and lose it your out.

If someone wagers an All Out that means they wager their badge against all the ones you collected.

The winner would post
Wins/Losses
winners wagers/losers wagers

As an example:
2/1
Me: Team Koga Badge, Team Maru Badge/ Team Falco Badge, Team Sora Badge.

Need any clarifications then feel free to ask.

The team registration form:

A team can have up to 4 members. So it's up to the person who wants to form a team to go and find the members they want. When you have found your teams members and if they want to join then you would simply fill this out:

Team Name:
Team Captain:
Member1:
Member2:
Member3:

Example)

Team Name:Skull Stalkers
Team Captain: The Mighty Q
Member1:********
Member2:*********
Member3:*****

The team that wins is decided by whoever has the most member left.

So this is all in a tournament where teams of random sizes are formed?

What happens to the losers? Do they leave the tournament or can they rejoin their team, giving that team their badge back basically?

Sorta a tournament, but with teams.

I just put a cap of 4 members since people who no who are like the unstoppable duelists then all the people would want to join that team. So the cap is 4.

The losers are just kicked from the event til it's over. Then when the winning team is decided they can rejoin in a new team. Once they lose it's like erasing data.

Okay it sounds good, basically the last man standing.

that sounds really cool, especially since losing doesnt necessarily mean you are out of the tournament

It just means you have to wait until the first one is over with so you can join the next one.

Now here's my thinking for stats.

Like there will be two seperate stats.
One for individual players and one for teams.
Individual winners may or may not get a prize, it depends on how much gold I have.
Teams may get a small reward.

Team wins would be detirmined by whoever is left standing obviously.

Example: Last man standing
Jevan R H Divinitive is the winner.
Team: Undead Takeover
Jevan's prize(10k)
Teams prize (2.5k for each member)

If this is done I would do it. I will talk to some of my friends and see if they will dust off their gaia accounts for this. Also another Idea A 3vs 3 guild war.

I don't like guild wars and guild competitions never turn out well due to lack of optimism from other captains.
