Alright so. I'm gettin' serious about loosing weight. I figure the way I can do that best is by keeping a photojournal of my day to day (or as close to that as I can) progress. So here's my first picture.

* Underweight = <18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
Day one.
Action taken: Walking lots of walking.
Potential next step: Cutting back on soda.
