I've played the deck many times. It's stronger than the Archfiend deck i tried to make recently (I might post it later) but it gets hammered by alot of stronger decks that have alot of rfp and counter power. It's not complete by a longshot though so I think i'll be able to make it a force to be reckoned with.
Currently it consists of about 4 staple cards and the rest are darkworld monsters and cards to force hand discard/darkworld support (okay so they're the same thing). Again it's not complete.
Here's the list: Kahkki, Guerilla of Dark World x3 Gren, Tactician of Dark World x1 Scarr, Scout of Dark World x1 Broww, Huntsman of Dark World x1 Beiige, Vanguard of Dark World x3 Brron, Mad King of Dark World x2 Zure, Knight of Dark World x3 Goldd, Wu-Lord of Dark World x3 Sillva, Warlord of Dark World x3

That's the deck where it stands right now. Yes I run traditional. I'd like any advice I can get on what to add and subract. It deeply lacks countering ability (as I've not decided what traps to put in). Keep in mind that I can't rely on extremely rare or expensive cards. Thanks guys.

i'd suggest giving Forced Requisition a try. every time you discard, it forces your opponent to discard the same amount; you'll clean out their hand in no time, trust me XD

that sounds very nice. I discard ridiculous amounts of cards, nearly every turn with this deck. No hand will be an understatement for them. I've heard of it. biggrin

That is an Advanced list. If you are going to play Traditional, just swap some cards for broken staples such as Raigeki, Harpie's Feather Duster, Dark Hole, Snatch Steal, etc.

you should take out kahkki, Gren, Scarr, Beige, and Zure. Put in Darkworld dealingsX3, Reinbow The Overlord of the dark worldX1, Forced requistionX1, card destuructionX2, and Common charityX1 Other than that your deck is fine.

HealingVisionsDDRMAX2 you should take out kahkki, Gren, Scarr, Beige, and Zure. Put in Darkworld dealingsX3, Reinbow The Overlord of the dark worldX1, Forced requistionX1, card destuructionX2, and Common charityX1 Other than that your deck is fine. um the deck isn't nearly all that powerful without kahkki or gren, beige is okay because you get a free special summon with him and he doesn't clog the deck with tribute monsters. i agree on removing zure, normal monsters in a dark world deck dont cut it. but i would suggest against reignboux because his effect only works when your opponant discards him, and if you discard him, he doesn't get special summoned. he's the worst boss monster they created. now if he could be special summoned by you like goldd and sillva, then he would be okay.
