What did you do today that was good for your weight loss? Do you have a confession to make?
Confession: I intend to sit here all day on the computer researching for an essay and playing games on facebook. See. Playing games on facebook thinking about researching for my essay.

Confession: I did jack dideldy squat today. I never even changed out of pj's. I procrastinated a project all day long.
BBuutt, in my defense, my legs are sore from a workout like activity I did yesterday (worked on my freestyle frisbee routine with my dog)
But I also had cake for breakfast....

Confession I didn't exercise for 3 days.
In my defense though I have a reason why, I had a 3 day Robotics competition from Thursday to Saturday and I had to march in a parade for band saturday after the Robotics competition was done.

Confession: Yesterday I hardly ate anything >.< and didn't sleep the night before. I slept 18 ish hours last night..though.>.>
The good thing is...I ate oatmeal for breakfast this morning smile .

Pre-emptive confession: I am going to eat way too many Christmas cookies tonight.
But I did do lots of Wii Fit today. That helps a bit.

I absolutely ate like crap today. Cookies, fast food... I was very bad girl.
Although, I was a good girl and stayed away from popcorn at the theater.

Confession: I went to dinner with my sister, then met one of her friends at Starbucks. Then when her friend's shift ended, we went to IHOP, and I was a little hungry so I ate again. ): Now I feel kinda sick, literally and figuratively.
Tomorrow will be a better day.

i binged and ate over 100 wings, three plates of my aunt karen's lasagna plus a whole s**t load of cookies. That was all on Christmas Eve. Other then that I have ate little or done no excersise and feel no motivation whatso ever.
In my defense on Tuesday I'm starting my daily gym routine and will be going with my mother. so there. I'm being a good girl and making up for my badness o;

Backfire! gonk
I tried to have a nice healthy salad today, with light sesame ginger dressing and wonton strips, but after I made it, I discovered that the salad was icy (and therefore gross), so I just ended up eating the wonton strips which aren't particularly healthy. sad
