Haha my boyfriend (of a year and a half) is very much aware, and I think it's important that your significant other knows....
It's like finding out your boyfriend likes (real) childporn suddenly otherwise. Let's say your together for a year and suddenly it's discovered your looking at drawn 'gay porn', and reading about gay erotica and your a girl? (if your a boy, it'd be much easier to explain off XD)
His feelings might be akin to your feelings if you suddenly found out he fapped to kiddy porn every night.
