Yeah, if her brother has something against you, that's his problem. If you like this girl, go for it. Pick your own path, don't let this sibling of hers dictate it for you.
I'm no Dr. Love but, it may be that the brother might think you just want to get into her panties. Hopefully you aren't that kind of scumbag. But seriously, it's her life. Her bro doesn't decide for her. Go snatch her up.
