a strange and mysterious ishblan in his mid 30's that works as an state alchemist that is known as "the religious alchemist" who is currently trying to hunt down and bring back dead or alive scar's head to the military as pay back for something that scar did to ark and his family during the ishbal massacare by using strange and mysterious abilities that resemble alchemy and alkestry in a way known as the ten commandments, aaron's rod and manna. the reasons for why ark has joined the military to get his revenge is currently unknown but it is believed that he believes that if he joins the military as one of its state alchemists then he will finally be able to get his revenge on scar as well as getting paid for the missions that he does for them as a side job until something that involes scar in it comes up.
