Patrol Car- This just in. A car was just spotted drag racing with another car. One of the cars is identified as a brown and black convertible. White heavy set male in the passengers seat with an.....oar. Apparently he thinks he is in some sort of boat race. I don't know what the hell is going on, copy over?
