Your team needs some work done to it. Don't use a level 88 chimchar no matter what you replace it would leave more holes....and besides you have fire covered.

Um your team seems to be thrown together (mabey its just me) but the pokemon don't seem to be working together. Each Pokemon should have a job and it should be good at it.

Torterra Lv. 100
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Speed)

Earthquake
Crunch/Super Power
Razor Leaf Stone Edge
Frenzy Plant/Razor Leaf/Wood Hammer

Why does your torterra have two grass type moves? Razor Leaf does 52.9% - 62.8% to vaporeon, Frenzy Plant does 66.3% - 78.3% to the same vaporeon, Wood Hammer OHKOs 115.2% - 136.2% the same vaporeon.
Super Power is an option over Crunch.
Stone Edge is there to replace razor Leaf. The pokemon that like to come in on a grass type move will not like Earthquake and Stone Edge.
--------------------

Swampert Lv. 100
Docile Nature (doesn't matter)

Earthquake
Muddy Water/ Surf
Iron Tail
Avalanche/Ice Beam

Surf is an option over Muddy Water it hits just as hard but it has more accuracy.
Ice Beam is an option over Avalanche if you find your missing more.
--------------------

Crobat Lv. 100
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

Cross Poison Toxic
Fly/Air Slash
Air Slash U-Turn
Bite/Pursuit

Again whats with the two Air Moves? Fly takes two turns but it does 69.8% - 82.9% against an Abomasnow while Air Slash only does 43% - 51.1% damage.
U-Turn is for Scouting because this is going to be your lead.
Forget the damage from Cross Poison most pokemon don't like to be poisoned at all so Toxic is a better move here.
Pursuit over bite if you are going to use this as your lead.
--------------------

Gardevoir

Calm Mind
Energy Ball
Thunderbolt
Psychic

You needed to get a Special Attacker so badly you made me replace Glalade with Gardevoir.
Anyway Pretty simple come in use one calm mind (which boosts your already good SAtk stat) and start sweeping.
--------------------

Electivire Lv. 75
Adamant Nature

Thunderbolt/Thunder Punch
Ice Punch
Giga Impact
Earthquake

Ok the only thing I see wrong here is Thunderbolt on a pokemon that has a bigger attack stat. Get thunder punch if you want to do more damage.
--------------------

Dragonite Lv. 55
Brave Nature

Draco Meteor/Outrage
Flamethrower/Fire Punch
Aqua Tail
Wing Attack

Ahh you have a Dragonite...lucky.
Anyway Draco Meteor does 80.4% - 95.3% damage to Palkia while Outrage does 114% - 134.6% to the same Palkia. Yes outrage leaves you confused at the end but it hurts even the pokemon that resist it.
I know Fire Punch is an egg move it would be nice if you had it though because it does more damage (31.8% - 37.7%) to Sealeo then Flamethrower (28.7% - 34%).
