To explain what this is, this is just a sad attempt to make things around here a bit more active. I don't expect it to go very far, but feel free to prove otherwise.

Setting

This takes place in a world similar to ours, only with about 3 differences.

First, dressing up as a character gives you all their powers, weaknesses included. Second, all you need to do to change outfits is either rip off your current outfit or hide behind something for a second. Third, many people have a tendancy to break out into street fights to see who's stronger with their costumes.

Other than those three things, this world is just like ours.

The location of this rp is made up of 3 places: a huge city, a suburb, and the countryside.

Bio: Having lived in the suburbs for most of is life, Jase knows his way around pretty well, and can pretty much navigate his way around blindfolded.

Bio: Merah grew up with Aaron as her best friend and enjoyed watching anime with him. She'll often fight as his teammate and has become quite well at fighting alongside him. Finds it easier cosplay certain characters in certain moods and will often carry around an outfit for each of her main mood types, usually each from a different series. She also doesn't mind crossplaying if she likes the character.

Bio: He's always loved guns, in real life he is a sharp shooter, so charcters like Alucard, Dante, and Jigen he feels he can relate to. In fights he likes to use brute force, and lucario just happens to be a great suit to do that in. =)

It was the middle of the afternoon, Jase sat on top of a street light, waiting for someone wishing for a fight to pass.  

[Majix The Ninja]

Majix was walking around the city, looking for someone to hang out with...or beat the s**t out of, either one worked for him.

Aaron Dropped out of a tree, Pulling his Side pack open and stuffing a Costume in it. "Merah?. . Merah are you here?" He said as he scanned the Area around him..

Merah poked her head out from behind a nearby tree, yeah, yeah, yeah, stop yelling, I was having a nice nap! So what's up?

Aaron Turned around to find Merah Peeking her head out From behind a tree.
"You and your naps" He said rolling his eyes with a grin.
"I Just Tried out a new costume, And I must say I liked it."
Aaron walked over to Merah, Pushing the Hair out of his eyes.

Jase scanned the area around him, starting to get bored. "Nobody's gonna come to me, so I might as well, go find someone to fight." He said, thinking. "Now let's see, East to the City, or West to the Countryside?" He asked himself, debating. He grinned, lept off the street light and into a manhole, making the lid flip like a coin. He popped out a second or two later in his Giroro* costume, complete with hovercraft. He watched the manhole cover hit the ground. "The countryside it is." He said, turning and flying West.

Merah Kepala

Merah got up and rolled her eyes as she reponded. "What, you know I like messing around with mecha models and cosplays, sometimes naps are the only sleep I get!"
She paused to pick up her bag and swing it over her shoulder. "Oh really? What one would that be? I've actually been working on one as well, well actually one I've already made, just a different design of the character."
As she waited for Aaron's reply she thought about what cosplay would fit her mood at the moment, and grinned when she had decided since it was already in her bag.

Aaron Leaned against the Closest tree as he said. " Domon Kasshu from G Gundam, I Got the Cape just right." He said smiling.
"So where are we headed today?"

Merah Kepala

Merah grinned at that. "Nice! You'll have to show me sometime. Actually..." Her voice trailed off as she thought of a suitable place. "Let's go to the area near the river and the mountain. It has trees for places to hide, the river for noise, and who knows, we may find a use for the mountain this time. So what do you say partner? Up for a practice fight, King of Hearts? Heh, who I'll be is gonna be a surprise once we get there." Merah winked at Aaron while chuckling, she was a bit restless, a fight would help fix that, and besides, she'd been wanting an opinion on the adjustments she had made to her costume.
