It's Challenge number 3~!!!

Heres the deal. This is not about losing tons and tons of weight. This is simply about losing 5 lbs. Example, here are my stats:

Starting weight (SW): 234
Goal Weight (GW): 229

Basically take your starting weight, minus five pounds and that is your Goal Weight.

You don't have to post every day but you can if you want.

SW: 234
Current Weight (CW): 232.2
GW: 229


It's that easy~! Drop in and out as you please.

I totally forgot about this o.o

I was doing good, then about Sept. I gained everything back to 240. Now I'm 215 dropping 1-4 lbs a week depending on what I do.

So picking up where I left off...
