Y'know. I always laughed when someone said horny mushrooms.
And, when I was lvl 23 I did pretty much most of my training in Ariant.

Honestly, Ariant quests and monsters give great EXP.

yeshhh in Ariant, but I suggest Sahel 3. Lol, it's in Magatia, so take the camel cab there and go to the portal that'll lead you back to ariant and you head to the map with the sand rats. i say Sahel 3 is better than the sand rat mini dungeon because they're all on 1 ground, but the downside is that people usually head there... Sand Rats give 55 exp each time you kill them. So use 2X EXP :3 Hang on, what job are you? It's not good for bow/cross... Believe me, I know -.-
