Well, if they had it scattered all over the globe, that'd be a little tricky, wouldn't it?
They might be filming the video in California, so it's probably better to have people that live there anyway.

Well, it's probably more of a pain.
Which is why they might not want to do it.

I agree with Lupina. Its not because they hate you, if
you think about it. 18+ and up is considered adults. Under 18, you're still a
minor, and you'll have to have your parents or guardian to sign the papers
for you, and allow you. Its too much of a hassle for all the paperwork, and
they are going to start shooting it in like, 2 days? So don't complain guys.

BUT ANYWAYSS.
I'm excited for the video :3.
