ok well i have kotan bell first Gen
and it evolved again today
and only the evolve forms show
how come the others dont show

That's how EIs work. Eventually, all the forms will be available.

Evolving Items morph randomly.
You won't be able to access the previous forms untill it reaches it's final form.
