My mom is a 3rd grade teacher and wants me to make a cd with Panic songs to play in her classroom. But she doesn't want me to put songs on it that would be innapropriate for her students. I really am not sure which ones to put on the cd and which ones not to...

Any ideas?

Don't put any from 'Fever'!

'Nine in the Afternoon' is good and so is 'When the Day met the Night'

I think "That Green Gentleman" would be good to put on it.

I think that "Intermission" is even slightly inappropriate for 3rd graders. When I first heard that song, I was about 14 I think, and I was even creeped out. In the middle, the guy's voice is scary. eek And the way it gradually crescendos at the end is really creepy. eek

I don't know about "She's A Handsome Woman."

Drowned in covers?
Eating buttons?
Beat backbones?
Born to be a skeleton?
Bombed reverie?

Also, the guitar chords, especially in the beginning, are not very child-like.

I don't think NITA is good for some reason.
My friend thinks its about drugs when she first heard it.

It's not about drugs. xd At least not from what they've said. eek

It's just about being in a room with no windows, so no one knows what time it is. And I think the whole "into a place where thoughts can bloom"-esque-thing is just about the room they were writing in, since they were in the room to write and throw ideas around.

I personally think "Nine In The Afternoon" would be a great one for kids. I mean...Brendon talks about reading, feeling as good as love, the moon, feeling good, etc. 4laugh

I know its not ahaha.
But most of my friends that heard it, think it is.
So I just imagined some of the kids thinking about it too?
I don't know aha
