This really sucks, I am craving food so bad. I'm trying to lose weight, but i am so hungry every day. I don't know what to do. I'm not trying to starve myself. What is a good way to supress my hunger? Please help me. I try to eat 6 small meals a day, but i am still hungry. I am only eating when I am hungry, but even sometimes I don't follow the craving. i don't know what it is man. stressed my tummy hurts ALL the time, ever since I was in middle school, and it never goes away. Sometimes I can't even sleep. It is so hard to fight these freakin cravings... What are somethings to help me fight the cravings, somebody told me cinnamon , what else? I want to figure this out before my schedule change at work because I'll be changing to all nights in stead of day time. And that screws with eating habits as well.
I just had a baby, so I know my chemicals are unbalanced. But still, it bothers me. I've been extremely horny, hungry, tired, irritable, it's getting on my nerves. Plus, since I started back at work, my body, especially my back, has been so sore. And my wisdom teeth are starting to become a real pain.

Some foods are more filling than others for the same amount of calories.
I heard of one woman who would eat an entire apple before each meal. It helped her get her full day's serving of fruit and kept her from eating too much at the meal time. Maybe try that?

Water! I'm currently on a really strict diet and it encourages you to drink as much as possible, not just to keep you hydrated but it also keeps you from getting so hungry.

questing chyaku norisu I can be full and still be really hungry. I don't get that. I've been doing the water thing for a while now, and at first it worked, but then, even when I would drink a ton of water I would still be extremely hungry before and after meals. It kind of sounds like a tap worm, but i'm not losing any weight, it can't be that. Highly unlikely. Is there any other things I could do that you can think of? I'll continue with the water thing I ate all this yesterday, and I lost 2 pounds instead of gaining. It doesn't make since, when I do watch how much I eat, I gain weight, but when I don't, I lose weight most of the time. 2 hotdogs, 1 bowl of cereal, slimfast, two pieces of toast w/ butter and cinammon, chicken breast, and a ramen.
I really do appreciate any help that I get, thank you. Today, I'm doing much better with eating though.for vixen_zero cuz she rocks

If you DO have a parasite infestation, your belly will become bloated.
To me it sounds like something is out of whack, go to your DR. and get some blood samples done.

its prob not a bad idea to go to the dr. How about fibre, do you get enough? Fibre can be quite filling and makes you feel more satisfied
