Okay so I'm haveing trouble actually remembering to do this sad I've decided that I'm just going to post when ever I feel I've eaten something I shouldn't have (like cookies or had something when I wasn't hungry so I can see what all the unnesassary food adds up to) or whenever I feel confident that I lost I'll weigh in and post my new weight smile Please tell me if the calories in something look off.
Weight: 130 Day #1 Nothing bad - 0 extra cals Day #2 Fast food (piece of cheese pizza) - 300 cals Day #3 You don't even want to know - 1400 cals
Extra cals for week 1 so far: 1700 Extra cals for month 1 so far: 1700 Extra cals total so far: 1700

It's a combination of how many you burn/don't eat vs. normally, don't pay to much attention though, I just wanted a poll for the sake of haveing a poll.
