I saw it in theares and thought it was crap. When the DVD came out I bought it anyway. Then after about two years of it collecting dust I watched it.
THIS IS MY FAVORITE MOVIE EVER.
Cybil Bennet makes me want to go lesbian. SERIOUSLY. xd

Marvelous adaption.
A great testament to the good ol' days of guys in costumes. Not CG.
... Pyramidhead doesn't really count as a character.

Has anyone played the games though? Thats whats so amazing. The film was almost perfect! The biggest changes was that they made the main character female and Pyramid Head shouldn't have been there.

I'd watched people play SH games and thought the movie did a great job with some of the characters. Creepy and it made me never want to travel during a snow storm. o.O;;;

I stayed away from this movie for awhile, but when I finally decided to watch it I ended up really enjoying it. Had to buy this movie for myself. I was scared at times.
