[Manga] Nightmare Inspector - Shounen-ai?

I was just wondering about this manga (Nightmare Inspector) because I found it in the yaoi section in an anime store. For some reason I just have the feeling it was wrongly shelved or something. I flipped through it and thought it sounded interesting anyways... so I bought it, read it, liked it... but I'm still not sure what sort of relationships I am to expect. So far it lacks any potential date for the main character. I have only read the first but it is nine volumes long. I just want to know if anyone here has read/know of it and could guide me.
