Monday is when I really started trying loosing weight. ( Again. D ; )
By Wednesday, I had lost 5lbs. By thirsday, I had lost another 3lbs. When I checked thismorning ( Friday ) I was down another 2lbs.
That's 10lbs in five days people!
Now, part of me is exited, because I just reached my first 10lbs.
But the other part of me is worried. I shouldn't have lost that much in less than a week. Three pounds is decent amount, but ten?!
It doesn't seem healthy to have lost that much so quickly. D ;
I'll be posting my daily routine/food intake below.
