I've unsuccessfully been trying to lose weight by myself for about the past two years, and it's been very, very challenging. Partly, because I've injured myself by training too hard, and partly because I caaaaaan't avoid the yummy food!
Anywho, please allow me to introduce myself! My name's Elizabeth, hi! (:
I don't even know my current weight [ last time I was weighed was a few months ago, I weighed in at 150, I'm assuming it's the same currently. ], but my weight goal is to weigh 135 lbs.
Date started : February 25, 2009 Guess-timated weight : 150 +/- * I'm tryyyying to get my real weight, it should be posted soon!

Tuesday it came to me: to lose weight, I need to consume less calories, and burn more calories.It's all about the calories.I always kinda knew about this in the back of my mind, and I don't know what set it off on Tuesday, but I had finally come to a realization.So, I started using a treadmill at the gym on Wednesday, and counting calories, and to be honest, ever since, dieting has never been easier! I've successfully been able to count my calories and not overeat, while exercising and staying healthy, and I feel G-R-E-A-T! Like I said in my first post, I don't have a scale, so, I haven't been able to weigh myself, but I can definately tell that I've shed fat between Wednesday and today [ Saturday ]

breakfast: apple and water, at 9:00am
exercise: walking on treadmill at 4.0 mph for one hour, burned 300 cal [ also walked to and from gym, totaling 30 more minutes of walking ]
lunch: apple, coffee, bread roll with hummus, at 11:00am
