"Beginnings"

Winry had a pink dress with flowers on it. Her feet soaking in the cold water. She had her her shoes by her side. She looked up at the blue sky as the crisp cool air blew her short blonde hair.

She was bored being in the house so she decided to come outside. She wasn't sure where her friends Edward and Alphonse were so she just was by herself.

She began to get very bored sitting there alone though. She looked towards the forest and began to wonder if she should go explore in there. Her grandma told her to never to in there alone, but she was getting so bored.

She came fresh out of the gate. she was getting tired of her superior form, missing her child hood and time passes differently when your in the gate for extended periods of time.
newton and lilian came with her, it seemed as though they were more like parents to her, seeing as her mother and father became sentient beings of the gate after 6 eons of gaurding the gate. she wondered if this was where the elric boys were, and if there were other little girls that she could play with.... the red stone hung as a necklace from her throat...

she dusted off her baby blue dress and adjusted hershort sleeved hooded jacket. brushed her little fingers through herwaist length black hair, which was full of loose curls. she remained bare foot.

she walked light hearted throu the the woods, the felines romping around not far from her. she soon joined them, giggling as theycollided in a joy full bunch....

Winry decided to go into the woods. Grabbing her sandels that she had near her she put them on, and headed towards the woods by herself. After so far she realized she was lost. Being a child she started to cry as she walked deeper into the woods going the wrong way to get out of there. She wondered if anyone would come for her.

Starr trampled through the woods quite noisily, not really caring where she was going. She just had to get away for awhile. After that accident.. No, there was no use crying over that anymore. She knew Amber would be worried about her, but she knew her mentor had come to expect Starr's sudden disappearences. She would head home when she felt like it.
Blowing a strand of long dark blue hair from her forehead, she headed southeast. She heard a noise in the distance. Someone crying...? Better check it out.... She had the time.

Luna poked her head up from the fur and leaves at the faint echoeing of someone crying. she turned her head in that direction and cautiously moved toward it. a split second later she heard something barreling through the woods her way. frightend by the sound she darted forward much prefering to find the source of the crying than the creature barrelin her way. her felines hissed and growled watgching her back allowing her to put some distance between her and a possible danger.

she ran as fast as her little legs would carry her towards the crying voice. seeing a glint of blonde hair up ahead, hurriedly dodging branches and vines and jumping small bushes....

Leaves and twigs were collecting in her hair and sticking to her clothing, but Starr pressed on stealthily through the trees. The crying was getting louder. As she ran, she could have sworn she'd heard the presence of another, but shrugged it off.

After freeing herself from a particularly dense patch of branches, Starr came to a stop upon noticing a blonde haired girl. The source of the crying. "Hey..." she walked up to the girl curiously. "You alright?"

Luna burst through the brush "AAaaahhhh!" she cried her heart jumping in her throat. she tripped accidently crashing into the blonde haired girl.

Winry's tears stopped as the impact hit her. "Ouch." she said. One of her sandels falling from her feet. "W-who are you two?" she asked curiously.

Luna covered he eyes still on the ground. "theres a beast in the woods!!!"

Winry once again acting like a young child would screamed in horror at the thought of a beast. "W-what do you mean?!" she said wanting to cry. She wished her friends Edward and Alphonse were there to help her. She would feel safe with them around.

Luna jumped up and grabbed her, pulling the young girl behind her. two felines leapt from the bushes in luna and the girls defense. they were the size of panthers, one black and the other siamese...

Winry hid behind the new girl wondering who she was, and worried about what was going to become of them. The sun was slowly starting to set towards the evening and she knew that her grandmother had to be worried about her. Since it was getting close to dinner time. Still right now she was scared of what was going to happen to her.

Young luna looked up at the blue haired girl fiercely. terrified deep inside, hoping that this was all a misunderstanding...

Envy, who was lounging in a nearby tree in her black sundress...heard the screams of the a few girls and looked over. "Well, well......",Envy muttered to herself and hoped down from the tree infront of the beasts. "my suggestion to you girls...would be to leave before you get killed.....",she said in an almost bored tone.
