Can anyone help me in finding a Cybe Deck to buy.
A Zane Truesdale deck....before he joined the Underworld.
Or some good boosters that can help towards a deck like this?
Deck recipes would also be great!

Cybernetic Revolution, or the Zane duelist Pack would be good starts.
But the whole Cyber Dragon deck is hard now, since Cyber Dragon is limited...

Well Proto-Cyber Dragon can easily be abused with Inferno Reckless Summon, as well as an Alchemy Cycle/Machine Duplication combo. It makes summoning Cyber End doable.
Aside from that, you're better off going for a Chimeratech deck.
