It's not spam, it's ham. If yoghurt is acceptable, why shouldn't ham be? It's even lesbian.

Besides, no one's actually answered the question. It's a continuation in a similar vein to that of Great British Food.
Personally, I favour a scrumpy cured Wiltshire ham. Baked gammon is also nice.
