Okay, I feel stupid posting this, but I recently signed up for the sparkpeople website... but I don't understand ANYTHING on it. o_o Like, I even went through the little intro thing it has, but I'm still confused >.< Is anyone else on this site that could help me out?

i used to have an account but i found it way too complicated for me xD I use the daily plate instead, since all i really want to do is track calories. I think SP just takes a while to get used to

I've been using it for a while. Mostly I just use the Nutrition thing for counting calories, and Exercise section.
The rest takes a while to get used to, but I highly suggest the Nutrition and Fitness tracking parts.

Well I dunno, I guess I don't really know what to do on the site xd Like, does it just help you track calories and such? I was on a page where it had exercises listed that I should do, with checkmarks beside them... and I got really confused on a goals page >< Maybe I just need to learn to work with the site more, or something. I didn't really spend too much time with it because it was late at night, and I didn't wanna mess around... but I have been getting a ton of emails from it.
I went to the nutrition page, and it has mealplans and stuff... neat, but I don't think I'd ever use it. Which reminds me.. I'm out of Michelina's... whee

you can change the meals to what you like :3 there's this button "add food not on your food plan" or something and you can search foods there ..
yeah they DO send a ton of email to you unless you disable it.. O.o
